Anthony J. Ippolito
Anthony J. Ippolito is a culinary enthusiast, chef and graduate from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University. He spent the formidable years of his career at Sysco Foods, which is one of the world’s leading foods distributor and the largest in North America. His professional background is in corporate sales, marketing and product development. Anthony formed American Brands to help facilitate the growth of all-natural foods that are healthy, nutritious and wholesome, along with growing quality eco-friendly options in the disposable vertical.
Heather M. Ippolito
With 24 years in nursing; Heather (Sambrook) Ippolito has the drive and determination to succeed. After serving her enlistment as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy and afterwards completing her Business degree at the University of Florida, Heather spent 14 years supporting Specialty Pharmacies and PBMs including operations, Project Management, Clinical Strategy and Development, and in Executive Leadership as Director of clinical operations. Heather has supported multiple businesses through URAC, ACHC, and JCHO accreditations. She is currently a Senior Clinical Project Manager position at WellMed; an MSO owned and operated by Optum Care / United HealthGroup – which is focused on preventative testing, closing Medicare gaps, and driving HEDIS scores.
Chief Marketing Officer
Rodney Poles has had a diverse culinary career. He started his profession cooking at the fine dining restaurant, Trattoria Il Panino. He continued on to manage busy restaurants as well as running a prosperous family owned restaurant in Boston. In addition to working in restaurants, Rodney enjoys teaching others his craft. Rodney spent eight years teaching community education for Whole Foods. He has worked with Chefs Move to School teaching at children at local schools healthy eating habits. Rodney also teaches at Exeter Academy and works summers in the Hamptons as a personal chef.
